Service Description
Dive into the crystal-clear waters of the Galapagos and discover a vibrant underwater world teeming with unique marine life. Under the guidance of our experienced dive instructor, you'll have the opportunity to swim alongside playful sea lions, graceful hammerhead sharks, and a kaleidoscope of colorful fish. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced diver, this adventure promises to be an awe-inspiring journey into nature's wonders. The tour includes breakfast, a diving excursion at Mosquera Island, lunch on the yacht, a snorkeling experience at Seymour North Island to observe blue-footed boobies up close, underwater pictures and videos, and all necessary diving equipment. *This is a discovery diving tour designed for beginners. The maximum depth is 12 meters, and no license is required. If you expect open-water diving or Advanced diving experience, please contact us 48 hours before the tour day or select our other tour package. Thank you! Schedule from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm At 7:00 am, Pick up at your hotel At 7:10 am, Enjoy your breakfast At 7:30 am, We will take you to the Baltra port At 8:00 am, We will arrive at the port, meet your instructor, and take a group picture at our beautiful Baltra port. At 9:00 am.., we will dive at the Seymour Norte, around 14 meters deep, for 30 to 40 minutes to see sea turtles, Hammerhead sharks, colorful fish, etc. At 10:00 am, Go back to the Yacht and enjoy some snacks. At 11:00 am, Snorkeling with our instructor at Mosquera Island. The experience is around one hour and fifteen (75) minutes. At 12:30 pm, Return from the snorkeling and enjoy your lunch on the Yacht. At 1:00 pm, we will stop by the side of Seymour Norte Island to observe the Blue-footed birds. Return at 2:00 pm, and our drivers will wait at the Baltra port to take you back to your hotel. Please pick up your pictures and video at the office at 6:00 pm. We kindly remind you that if the pick-up location is not added successfully, the booking will remain non-refundable as per our policy. If you would like to update your pick-up location, please inform us by emailing your full name to info@cigtours.com at least 72 hours in advance, or visit our local store in the Galápagos at least 24 hours prior to your tour. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellations by the Customer: • For CIG Classic Tours, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For CIG All Inclusive Package, cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a half refund. • For CIG Prestige Tours, cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For Yacht Bookings, cancellations must be made at least 120 days prior to the departure date to receive a full refund. 3.2 Cancellations by CIG Tours: In the rare event that CIG Tours cancels a tour, customers will receive a full refund. However, we are not liable for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare. 3.3 No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to appear at the designated meeting location at the specified time will not be eligible for a refund. 3.4 Passport and Information Requirements: Certain tours may require customers to provide passports and personal information due to local laws. If a customer refuses to provide the necessary information, they may request a refund, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before departure. Refunds will not be granted for refusals made within 72 hours of the tour.
