Richard Marino is taking over his family business, a travel agency in the Galapagos, dedicated to providing the best luxury cruise booking services for tourists in Galapagos. Over the last decade, Richard has served hundreds of clients in booking cruises.
Zhisheng Wang has had his one-day tour project for a long time as a . As a traveler, he has visited over 60 countries globally.
The story started one summer when he met Richard during his travels to the Galapagos Islands. He observed Richard's professional service and mature agency system, which prompted him to share his business idea with Richard. They both believed it was a wonderful idea to provide a higher level of travel experience to tourists. They started by designing day tours in Galapagos first. After a while, they realized they were doing well locally in offering their unique day tours. However, many customers were sometimes unable to make online bookings, and the tours were occasionally sold out on the day. When they recognized these issues and saw that the system in Galapagos had matured, they decided to build an online booking service and bring the best Galapagos experience to travelers around the world.
