North Seymour is renowned for its incredible wildlife, offering some of the best opportunities to observe nature in its purest form. Are you ready for an exclusive adventure at North Seymour Island? Schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm At 7:00 am, pick-up at your location in Puerto Ayora. At 7:40 am, board the bus/coach for a 40-minute ride. At 8:20 am, enjoy breakfast in the Galapagos (20 minutes). At 8:40 am, explore Santa Cruz Island with free time and sightseeing (20 minutes). At 9:00 am, board the yacht for a 1.5-hour journey to North Seymour Island. At 10:30 am, arrive at North Seymour Island and start your guided tour (2 hours). At 12:30 pm, begin snorkeling at North Seymour Island (1 hour). At 1:30 pm, enjoy some free time on North Seymour Island (20 minutes). At 1:50 pm, have lunch on North Seymour Island. At 2:20 pm, return to the yacht for the 1.5-hour journey back. At 3:50 pm, board the bus/coach for a 40-minute ride back to Puerto Ayora. T Here, you can witness the famous blue-footed boobies, majestic frigate birds, and the unique land green iguanas in their natural habitat. Your adventure includes not only wildlife observation but also exciting snorkeling and beach time. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellations by the Customer: • For CIG Classic Tours, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For CIG All Inclusive Package, cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a half refund. • For CIG Prestige Tours, cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For Yacht Bookings, cancellations must be made at least 120 days prior to the departure date to receive a full refund. 3.2 Cancellations by CIG Tours: In the rare event that CIG Tours cancels a tour, customers will receive a full refund. However, we are not liable for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare. 3.3 No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to appear at the designated meeting location at the specified time will not be eligible for a refund. 3.4 Passport and Information Requirements: Certain tours may require customers to provide passports and personal information due to local laws. If a customer refuses to provide the necessary information, they may request a refund, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before departure. Refunds will not be granted for refusals made within 72 hours of the tour.
