Galápagos Diving Package Overview Discover the unparalleled magic of the Galápagos with our bespoke diving packages, designed for adventurers seeking authenticity and wonder. Starting from $1,000, our packages include four days of diving experiences plus an additional day dedicated to transfer out. Each journey features airport transfers, a Highland tour upon arrival, and daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Diving equipment, underwater photography, and daily transfers between dive sites are also included, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. Each diving day begins with a morning briefing and departure between 7:00 and 8:00 AM, with exact times adjusted based on weather and sea conditions. Our team will confirm the daily schedule each evening to ensure optimal safety and exploration. A valid diving certification is required for most excursions. Should you wish to obtain your Advanced Open Water (AOW) certification during your stay, please inquire — we are pleased to arrange personalized training. Access to select premium dive sites, such as Gordon Rocks and Kicker Rock, is reserved for guests booking six-day or longer packages. Accommodation is not included but can be arranged separately based on your preferences. Dinner each evening is included, featuring curated dining experiences at Puerto Ayora’s finest restaurants. Guests will enjoy distinguished venues such as Almar Seafood & Grill, offering refined oceanfront seafood dishes; Isla Grill, celebrated for its vibrant grilled specialties and warm island atmosphere; and FraFre GastroBar, a cozy destination blending local flavors with creative international cuisine. Our concierge will confirm your dining arrangements daily to enhance your stay. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellations by the Customer: • For CIG Classic Tours, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For CIG Package, cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a half refund. • For CIG Prestige Tours, cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For Yacht Bookings, cancellations must be made at least 120 days prior to the departure date to receive a full refund. 3.2 Cancellations by CIG Tours: In the rare event that CIG Tours cancels a tour, customers will receive a full refund. However, we are not liable for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare. 3.3 No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to appear at the designated meeting location at the specified time will not be eligible for a refund. 3.4 Passport and Information Requirements: Certain tours may require customers to provide passports and personal information due to local laws. If a customer refuses to provide the necessary information, they may request a refund, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before departure. Refunds will not be granted for refusals made within 72 hours of the tour.
