Service Description
Embark on an unforgettable journey aboard our luxurious yacht to the breathtaking Bartolome Island, one of the most iconic destinations in the Galapagos Archipelago. Schedule( Schedule is subject to change on the day) Wake up and get ready. 06:00 AM - Pickup from your hotel or designated meeting point. 06:00 - 07:30 AM - Transfer to the Dock and Breakfast Transfer to the departure dock (time varies depending on hotel location). 07:30 AM - Boarding the yacht or boat. 07:45 AM - Breakfast on board as the boat departs for Bartolomé. 07:45 - 09:30 AM - Sailing to Bartolomé Island Approximately 2-hour boat ride to Bartolomé Island. 09:30 - 12:30 PM - Exploration on Bartolomé Island 09:30 AM - Arrival at Bartolomé Island. 09:30 - 10:30 AM - Hike up to the viewpoint (a climb of about 374 wooden steps). 10:30 - 11:00 AM - Time to enjoy the iconic views from the viewpoint. 11:00 - 12:00 PM - Descent and transfer to the beach for snorkeling or relaxation. 12:00 - 12:30 PM - Free time on the beach and preparation for the return. 12:30 - 02:30 PM - Sailing Back Board the yacht for the return trip. Lunch on board. Sail back to the departure dock. 02:30 - 03:30 PM - Return to the Dock and Transfer to Hotel Arrival at the dock. Transfer back to the hotel or drop-off point. 03:30 - 04:00 PM - End of Tour Immerse yourself in the unparalleled beauty of the Galapagos and create memories that will last forever. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellations by the Customer: • For CIG Classic Tours, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For CIG All Inclusive Package, cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a half refund. • For CIG Prestige Tours, cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For Yacht Bookings, cancellations must be made at least 120 days prior to the departure date to receive a full refund. 3.2 Cancellations by CIG Tours: In the rare event that CIG Tours cancels a tour, customers will receive a full refund. However, we are not liable for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare. 3.3 No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to appear at the designated meeting location at the specified time will not be eligible for a refund. 3.4 Passport and Information Requirements: Certain tours may require customers to provide passports and personal information due to local laws. If a customer refuses to provide the necessary information, they may request a refund, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before departure. Refunds will not be granted for refusals made within 72 hours of the tour.
