Schedule | Galapagos Time Wake up and get ready. 06:40 AM - Pickup from your hotel or designated meeting point. 06:40 AM - 07:30 AM - Transfer to the Dock and Breakfast Transfer to the departure dock (time varies depending on hotel location). 07:30 AM - Boarding the yacht or boat. 07:45 AM - Breakfast on board as the boat departs for Bartolomé. 07:45 - 09:30 AM - Sailing to Bartolomé Island Approximately 2-hour boat ride to Bartolomé Island. 09:30 - 12:30 PM - Exploration on Bartolomé Island 09:30 AM - Arrival at Bartolomé Island. 09:30 - 10:30 AM - Hike up to the viewpoint (a climb of about 374 wooden steps). 10:30 - 11:00 AM - Time to enjoy the iconic views from the viewpoint. 11:00 - 12:00 PM - Descent and transfer to the beach for snorkeling or relaxation. 1 2:00 - 12:30 PM - Free time on the beach and preparation for the return. 12:30 - 02:30 PM - Sailing Back Board the yacht for the return trip. Lunch on board. Sail back to the departure dock. 02:30 - 03:30 PM - Return to the Dock and Transfer to Hotel Arrival at the dock. Transfer back to the hotel or drop-off point. 03:30 - 04:00 PM - End of Tour

Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellations by the Customer: • For CIG Classic Tours, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For CIG All Inclusive Package, cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a half refund. • For CIG Prestige Tours, cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For Yacht Bookings, cancellations must be made at least 120 days prior to the departure date to receive a full refund. 3.2 Cancellations by CIG Tours: In the rare event that CIG Tours cancels a tour, customers will receive a full refund. However, we are not liable for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare. 3.3 No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to appear at the designated meeting location at the specified time will not be eligible for a refund. 3.4 Passport and Information Requirements: Certain tours may require customers to provide passports and personal information due to local laws. If a customer refuses to provide the necessary information, they may request a refund, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before departure. Refunds will not be granted for refusals made within 72 hours of the tour.
