Available Schedule: • Morning: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM • Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Tour Details 1. Meeting at the Dock (10 minutes): • Meet with the certified naturalist guide. • Quick briefing on the activities and conservation guidelines. 2. First Stop: Punta Estrada (30 minutes): • Birdwatching at this iconic site, home to blue-footed boobies, herons, and frigatebirds. • Learn about their habitats and behaviors from your guide. 3. Second Stop: Playa de los Perros (40 minutes): • Walk along a trail leading to a beach full of marine iguanas. • Observe blue-footed boobies and Sally Lightfoot crabs decorating the rocks. 4. Third Stop: Canal del Amor (20 minutes): • Visit this stunning spot surrounded by volcanic walls and turquoise waters. • Perfect for photos and learning about its geological significance. 5. Fourth Stop: Shark Channel (20 minutes): • View blacktip sharks swimming in crystal-clear waters from the boat. • The guide will provide insights into the area’s marine life. 6. Fifth Stop: Las Grietas (1 hour): • A short walk takes you to this incredible volcanic fissure. • Swim in its unique mix of freshwater and saltwater, a refreshing experience. 7. Return to the Dock (20 minutes): • Enjoy a calm navigation back to Puerto Ayora with scenic coastal views. Included: • Boat transportation for the entire tour. • Certified naturalist guide from Galapagos National Park. • Light refreshments (water and snacks). • Basic snorkeling equipment (at Las Grietas). Recommendations: • Bring lightweight clothing, swimwear, a towel, biodegradable sunscreen, and comfortable shoes. • A camera or GoPro to capture unforgettable moments.

3.1 Cancellations by the Customer: • For CIG Classic Tours, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For CIG All Inclusive Package, cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a half refund. • For CIG Prestige Tours, cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For Yacht Bookings, cancellations must be made at least 120 days prior to the departure date to receive a full refund. 3.2 Cancellations by CIG Tours: In the rare event that CIG Tours cancels a tour, customers will receive a full refund. However, we are not liable for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare. 3.3 No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to appear at the designated meeting location at the specified time will not be eligible for a refund. 3.4 Passport and Information Requirements: Certain tours may require customers to provide passports and personal information due to local laws. If a customer refuses to provide the necessary information, they may request a refund, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before departure. Refunds will not be granted for refusals made within 72 hours of the tour.
