Seymour and Mosquera are located near the northern coast of Santa Cruz Island in the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador. These sites are known for their diverse marine life and stunning underwater landscapes. Duration: A typical one-day diving trip to Seymour and Mosquera usually lasts around 8 to 10 hours, including travel time, preparation, dives, and breaks. Detailed Itinerary 1. Meeting and Preparation: Start Time: Approximately 7:00 AM. Meeting Point: Dive center in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz Island. Activities: Registration, equipment check, introduction to the staff, and safety briefing. 2. Transfer to the Dive Sites: Boat Ride Duration: 45-60 minutes from Puerto Ayora to Seymour and Mosquera. Onboard Activities: Safety and site briefings, equipment setup. 3. First Dive at Seymour: Depth: Between 12 and 25 meters. Duration: Approximately 40-50 minutes. Highlights: Observing white-tip reef sharks, rays, sea turtles, garden eels, and various reef fish. 4. Surface Interval: Duration: 1 hour. Activities: Light snacks, water, review of the first dive, and preparation for the next dive. 5. Second Dive at Mosquera: Depth: Between 10 and 18 meters. Duration: Approximately 40-50 minutes. Highlights: Encounters with sea lions, eagle rays, Galapagos sharks, barracudas, and a diverse array of fish. 6. Return to Puerto Ayora: Boat Ride Duration: 45-60 minutes. Onboard Activities: Relaxation, dive debriefing, and enjoying the scenery. 7. Arrival and Farewell: End Time: Approximately 3:00 PM. Activities: Disembarkation, equipment cleaning, and group farewell. Important Considerations Experience Level Required: These sites are suitable for divers of all levels, although some experience with currents is recommended. Equipment: Most dive operators provide all necessary equipment, although it is advisable to bring your own regulator, mask, and fins if you prefer. Water Conditions: Temperature: Can range from 18-24°C, depending on the season. Visibility: Generally good but can vary depending on weather conditions. Safety: It is crucial to follow all instructions from the dive guide and to have dive insurance in case of emergencies.

3.1 Cancellations by the Customer: • For CIG Classic Tours, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For CIG All Inclusive Package, cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a half refund. • For CIG Prestige Tours, cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For Yacht Bookings, cancellations must be made at least 120 days prior to the departure date to receive a full refund. 3.2 Cancellations by CIG Tours: In the rare event that CIG Tours cancels a tour, customers will receive a full refund. However, we are not liable for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare. 3.3 No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to appear at the designated meeting location at the specified time will not be eligible for a refund. 3.4 Passport and Information Requirements: Certain tours may require customers to provide passports and personal information due to local laws. If a customer refuses to provide the necessary information, they may request a refund, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before departure. Refunds will not be granted for refusals made within 72 hours of the tour.
